We live in a world that has bought into the buy-now and pay-later philosophy. Advertisers tempt us with their product indicating it will make us feel good about ourselves. There are several verses telling us God's opinion regarding debt. The one I chose today is:
Proverbs 22:7 The rich rules over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender.
We often feel the weight of stress for our debts and are unable to enjoy many other things because of this debt. The price of indebtedness is too high.
