In His Word Wednesday: Romans 12:1

Romans 12:1
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.

Paul encourages us to imagine that we bring our bodies to God each day, lay them on the altar before His presence, and ask Him to use this "sacrifice" for His glory and the good of His people. It's only reasonable.

    Just studied this verse. Another version says that "this is your act of worship". I think we forgot how we are supposed to daily be worshiping Him, not just reserved for Sundays.
